I have been so busy and have had no time to update. Its crazy busy around here, and I've been so overtired lately. I just want to sleep. I have no energy or anything. It SUCKS!! So anyways, I still need to call the bariatric surgeon to make an appointment, they're supposed to call me.. but its been a few weeks and they havent called me. I need to seize the day!
I've been thinking about joining weight watchers.. before I have the surgery.. just to help me out and monitor what I'm eating, but really that would just be throwing money down the drain, because it doesnt work. I really don't like diets cause they change a lot.. and what you were doing for awhile was the right way to diet, then 3 months later.. its wrong. Its just stupid, even weight watchers "the non diet" is like that. Ridiculousssss.
I havent been on Lapbandtalk.com in days, I'm gonna go check in now, to see if anything new is going on.. that site is great, it is so imformational. I love it.. it has a totally wonderful support system.
